Morning Musume is an all-girl J-pop group from Japan featuring cute cute girls! Nice!
The name is roughly translated as “Daughters of the Morning” or “Morning Girls“!
I’d love to see these Morning Girls first thing every morning when I wake!
They are sometimes also referred to as “Momusu” and their act revolves around singing and dancing to generally upbeat J-pop melodies.
Founded in 1997, the group has changed members regularly due to yearly “graduations” and “auditions”.
They sound like the Clash crossed with the Go-Betweens!! (well, if you’re deaf, they do!)
