One of Miley Cyrus’ range of Hannah Montana food snacks has been pulled from shelves due to suspected salmonella contamination.

The 16-year-old’s Hannah Montana Chocolate Granola Bars have been withdrawn from stores over a peanut scare.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued the recall notice on Friday after officials discovered the snacks contained nut products which were part of the widespread peanut recall that hit the US and Canada earlier this year.

Asian guy in the Miley Cyrus photos… revealed!

Lots of talk about the Miley Cyrus “chink-eye” photo, but not so much about the lone Asian kid in the photo, looking a bit like a doofus while everyone else flaunts racist gestures at the camera… Who is this guy? What’s he doing there? Does he really roll with Miley and her crew? And is he seriously cool with this photo?

Well, a reader named Maria informs that the Asian guy in the photo is model/actor/photographer Chuck Willis. I did a little digging around, and that’s definitely the guy in the now-infamous photo. According to his bio, he’s a fashion photographer and a model who works several agencies across the United States.

And he hangs with Hannah Montana. Frankly, I’m not out to get this guy. It’s Miley Cyrus, teen idol to millions, who’s behaved like an idiot ever since the photo surfaced. But I’m posting this because I know a lot of folks have been curious about who the hell this guy is. And I’m really curious about what he thinks about all this.

We get so many dumb emails, we’ve hired a chimp to read em and manage em.

A lot from GOP supporters and other right-wing nuts. Not many from liberals.

See this illustrates why the GOP have managed to win so many elections with goofball candidates! They like to make a lot of noise and like a rabid dog, once they’ve bitten something, they won’t let go!

The GOP stuff mainly ceased when that inane joke “Great-Gramps and Polar Bimbo” ticket rightly went down the sewers in November.

But today we get a long crazy rant from some guy about a piece we posted on retarded redneck muzak monger Miley Cyrus and the Racist photo controversy. He gave a name but since it was a private mail we’ll call him GW Bush Junior Junior – or GWBJJ, slightly shorter!

We can’t really work it out but GWBJJ seems to be very angry that someone might be offended by this thing.

He goes so far as to call us names. yap, we’re “Liberals” apparently!

Fuck! We really don’t like that title! Although a tad dim, we do know that all the evil tyrants and oppressors down through history have been Liberals!

So we must fix that perception of ourselves.

From now on therefore, we will devote one day a week to writing stuff like the following;

Just a note to say that it is people like yourself (along with rampant socio-political insanities and injustices, including the coporate medicine/pharmaceutical-driven propaganda against a national health plan) that make me so glad I no longer live in the states. You and your overtly anal political correctness need to crawl into hole and not come out until one of you is forever destroyed and the other learns that such complete trivial nonsense at the Cyrus “incident” (having your picture taken is now an ‘incident’!?!?) is NOTHING for ANYONE to be offended by! Good dog, you silly, silly person. Have you no sense of such truly important and pertinent matters such as life, death, disease, poltical struggle and corruption, social injustice, natural disasters, poverty and starvation?
For ANYONE to be offended by someone sliting their eyes for a picture is beyond baffling to me. Your kind wake up in the morning looking for an excuse to “offended”, like it gives some actual purpose to your life. This rampant, liberal-born and corporate media-fueled idiocy is there to create further separation of masses of people. It’s simple divide andconquer and you CANNOT see that.
So if I dress up as a samurai warrior for a costume party, with a black wig and a mask with slit eyes am I deriding people of Asian descent or southest Asians themselves?
If you actually look at that picture you’ll see (or will you?) that there’s a person of southest Asian descent in the shot. Does he look all tore up about it? HELL NO! So why should you be? Why should YOU be? I am of Scottish and English descent myself. If I saw anyone, be they southeast Asian or anyone Latin American who have similar eye structure (as many do in southern Mexico and Central America) spreading their eyes wider like most Westerners eyes, I would IN NO WAY be offended by this. In no way.
Your perspective on things is the product of a truly inane reality tunnel.

We weren’t going OTT on this incident, mainly just posting a news report we found on the matter along with one shot from the many dumb offensive shots these morons took.

This talentless cretin Cyrus is earning millions from rednecks and other tasteless morons who buy her muzak. The negative side is that everything dumb and/or offensive she does, gets plastered all over the media. Meaning not only her crazy array of addled fans but loads of normal intelligent people stumble upon it and are exposed to it.

The OCA, a national organization in the United States dedicated to advancing the social and political welfare of Asian Pacific Americans, said the image “falls within a long and unfortunate history of people mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent.”

“Not only has Miley Cyrus and the other individuals in the photograph encouraged and legitimized the taunting and mocking of people of Asian descent, she has also insulted her many Asian Pacific American friends,” said OCA executive director George Wu in a statement.

Wu said the fact that an Asian was included in the photo “does not make it acceptable.”

What’s worst is the fact that almost all Cyrus’ fans are kids!

For an Asian kid to see their hero validate the type of abuse they regularly experience in school and elsewhere is very upsetting and hurtful.

For a non-Asian kid to see their hero casually mock Asians will, if anything, encourage them to engage in the same kind of abuse in school and elsewhere and cause needless hurt and abuse to Asian kids.

We read a lot of postings on the forums where many Asian people who saw this shot were offended. Various commenters said that it reminded them of the taunting they got at school, the prejudice and sometimes abuse they’ve experienced at the hands of rednecks, the prejudice that many experience every day.

And buddy, we care infinitely more about their views than yours.

Miley Cyrus and the racist Asian Photo Controversy

This useless, redneck, publicity-seeking moron is in trouble again for some shots where she and a bunch of other retards mock Asians!

And why is she at a party where they’re guzzling red wine?

Anyway, Cyrus is now responding, insisting the photo was all in good fun and she was “simply making a goofy face.”

Yeah right! Not remotely offensive or racist!

She even managed to drag Britney Spears into the controversy when the Miley cretin blogged:

“I’ve also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces! Well, I’m sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!”

“In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would of been anyone else, it would of been overlooked! I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new ‘BAD GIRL’!”

Miley Cyrus has apologised for a second time following the scandal over pictures of the Hannah Montana star in which she appeared to mock Asians.

The 16-year-old was forced to say sorry after photos leaked last week of her and a group of male pals pulling on their eyes – while one Asian-American sat among them.

The apology was rejected by officials at a leading Asian-American organisation who insisted it was “not enough”.

So Cyrus has taken to her website to issue a further apology for the offensive snaps – and to thank fans for their support over the furore.

She writes, “I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone.

“I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometimes my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GOD’s ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be. Peace and love, Miles.”
