Summer Glau in Vanity Fair

“perfection … it’s not as much fun anymore”
Here’s some Texan chick with the most improbable name of Summer Glau!

Is that a spelling error? Should it be Summer Glow?

Maybe Summer Glue?

Either way seems like a random adjective and noun strewn together!

Who the fuck cares? Summer Glue is hot, statuesque and holds a brolly magnificently!

I’ll always stick with you, my Summer Glue!!

As for her Kant-like philosophy, “perfection … it’s not as much fun anymore”, well, Summer Glow, your perfection will always be fun enough for me!!

April 2008: Summer Glau

Age: 26. Provenance: San Antonio.
You know her as … Cameron from Fox’s Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, the spin-off of James Cameron’s 1991 blockbuster, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, that forever changed the way we view cyborgs. “I was reluctant to audition because I knew who they had cast as the girl Terminator in the last movie,” says Glau. “She’s statuesque and really striking.”
Not so dirty dancing: A classically trained ballerina, Glau spent her early days in L.A. as a traveling dancer, living off paychecks from corporate events, weddings, and resort gigs. But it worked out in the end. “Sure enough,” she says, “my first role was as a ballerina trapped in the 1700s,” in the tween drama Angel.
Being on TV sure does have its perks, though: Despite growing up a Cowboys fan, Glau attended the Super Bowl, in which the Giants overcame the undefeated Patriots. “It was such an exciting game,” she says. “I was actually rooting for New York, because, you know, perfection … it’s not as much fun anymore.”
